Owned end-to-end UX/UI for an industrial fault-diagnosis mobile app, taking the core troubleshooting flow from research and competitor analysis through high-fidelity design. Redesigned a multi-step diagnostic journey including escalation to expert support into a guided, intuitive experience across mobile and desktop.

Conducted end-to-end UX research for Whiteland Corporation's real estate website, including competitor analysis, user personas, and a full UX audit, before redesigning and repositioning the brand as a premium-luxury experience. Designed an internal channel-partner portal for Alura under Pioneer Urban and a responsive website for a Vietnam-based study-abroad consultancy.

Built the complete brand identity for Threadsaints, a streetwear label, including logo, brand guidelines, and visual system. Designed packaging, stickers, and website touchpoints to create a consistent brand experience across physical and digital channels.

Designed the core UI and supporting visual identity for Thapar University's internal SaaS product, using UX research to shape workflows and interface decisions for a platform later adopted university-wide. Collaborated within a large, cross-functional design and development team to shape intuitive user flows for a technology-driven web application.

Redesigned US based Ignite Marketing's website into a modern, responsive experience, improving usability and brand visibility. Optimized the interface and user flow for conversions; client reported a noticeable increase in inbound inquiries following launch.
