I’m a dedicated, goal-oriented manager who enjoys taking on responsibility with “liberty and accountability.” I combine hands-on operations experience with strong communication skills, and I focus on meeting expectations through clear problem analysis and quick resolution.

My background includes working as an Admin / Computer Expert for two years, managing day-to-day salon operations for one year, and handling accounts management for two years. For the last three years, I’ve been working as a Manager, strengthening my ability to lead with confidence and stay efficient under pressure.

I support my practical experience with solid fundamentals in basic computer work, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet skills, along with diplomas in Information Technology Application and Advance Information Technology Application. I’m an efficient learner and self-starter who actively implements innovative ideas and builds trust through consistent, people-focused communication.
