I've built end-to-end analytics projects that turn large, unstructured datasets into actionable business insights, including AI customer-support ticket automation and a real-time crypto market dashboard.

Using Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, SQLite, and Power BI, I automate ETL workflows, clean and normalize data, and create interactive dashboards. My ticket pipeline processed 500+ nested JSON records and routed 98% of valid tickets into production Excel reports while isolating exceptions for review.
