At Trouble Solutions Techno Pvt. Ltd., I managed and troubleshot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. I also managed FTP and DFS services and supported Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
I patched and maintained more than 1,450 servers using SCCM, created application bundles, and deployed applications and Microsoft updates. I also managed Dell, Cisco, and HP physical servers.
On VMware infrastructure, I installed ESXi and vCenter, managed VMs with HA, DRS, and FT, and performed VM migrations. I also monitored SAN storage and recovered virtual machines using Nakivo.
For the Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (RECL) project, I led a team of 10 engineers and monitored SLA compliance and ticket resolution. I also managed DNS and Active Directory, supported SQL Server and .NET application servers, and resolved major incidents remotely.
