At DXC Technology, I support legal entity rationalization across global operations, including mergers, business transfers, and liquidations. I’ve supported rationalization work involving 50+ entities and handled financial plans for 120+ target entities.
I also work on statutory audits at DXC Technology. I independently managed end-to-end audits for five entities in the MEA and APAC regions and prepared GAAP financial statements with entity Controllers.
At M/s Suresh Kothari & Associates, I handled GST filings for 25+ clients and completed more than 30 tax audit assignments across several sectors. I also worked on TDS compliance and assisted with responses to tax department notices.
My experience includes SAP, Cadency, Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, Compu-Office Software, and MS Office. I’m a Chartered Accountant and hold a Diploma in IFRS (ACCA).
