I’m a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, and M&A support at PwC. I bring strong exposure to IFRS/US GAAP, technical accounting, and IPO readiness, alongside financial modeling and due diligence skills.

At PwC, I prepared financial analysis for M&A due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Debt analysis. I conducted due diligence on 35+ transactions, executed quarterly EBITDA reconciliations to prevent over $5M in potential discrepancies, and built models to forecast performance and evaluate strategic opportunities.

I also supported complex accounting treatments such as revenue recognition and lease accounting (IFRS 15/16), delivering technical memos and GAAP-to-GAAP reconciliations for clients involved in M&A and IPO transactions—recognized with the “Champions League” award and the “Bright Beginner Award.” Earlier, as an Article Assistant, I handled GST and Income Tax return filings and performed statutory audits across banks, insurance companies, and government departments.
