I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong academic foundation in data analytics and visualization. I focus on data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis to turn raw information into reliable, decision-ready insights.

In my recent AI/LLM practice, I reviewed and annotated diverse datasets (text, prompts, and AI-generated responses) to improve model accuracy, coherence, and safety. I evaluated outputs for factuality, instruction-following, tone, and formatting, and contributed high-quality training data and actionable feedback for model fine-tuning.

In prior analyst and data roles, I built dashboards and reports that improved visibility and business outcomes. I analyzed 5,000+ call centre records to strengthen agent performance metrics, and I worked with 17,500+ employee records to study diversity, tenure, and departmental attrition for workforce insights.

I’ve also supported analytics in healthcare claims, processing 100M+ claims data to identify cost drivers and reduce unpaid claims by isolating top denial reasons (65% from 3 codes). My projects reinforce my approach: interactive Power BI dashboards, forecasting/trend analysis, and clear communication of insights to support data-driven decisions.
