I've delivered site execution and project coordination work for Chakradhar Contractors & Engineers Pvt. Ltd., supervising civil activities, interpreting drawings, and monitoring quality, measurements, materials, and progress.

My hands-on construction experience covers residential buildings, roads, and water tanks, including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and roadwork. I coordinate contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, suppliers, and project personnel while maintaining site records and construction documentation.

I also complete independent project-based estimating work, including U.S. residential takeoffs, BOQs, labour and material estimates, budget summaries, and QA/QC.

For an 18,000 SF U.S. commercial metal building estimate, I prepared takeoffs across sitework, concrete, rebar, structural steel/PEMB, envelope, openings, and MEP allowances, supported by bid comparison and scope matrices. I use Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit, SoftPlan, and BIM workflows for drawing review, model-based quantity review, coordination, and issue tracking.
