I combine technical drawing skills (2D/3D/GFC) with rigorous quantity takeoffs, cost analysis and Primavera/MS Project planning to deliver projects on time and within budget.

My background includes preparing running bills, BOQs, restoration and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate, producing structural and architectural drawings, and maintaining QA/QC records while coordinating MEP and subcontractor activities. I have led cost-control efforts, cash-flow management, monthly management presentations and vendor payment verifications.
