I am a business development, sales, and marketing professional based in Thimphu, Bhutan, with experience in B2B relationship building, customer service, lead generation, social media marketing, and remote work.

Currently, I work part-time as a Business Development Manager for Imperial Engineering Education (Australia), where I help develop the Bhutan market by identifying and contacting education consultancies, building business relationships, following up on partnership opportunities, coordinating documentation, and maintaining prospect information through CRM and internal systems. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate with business owners, manage follow-ups, and develop partnerships across different organisations.

Previously, I worked in travel operations and business development at Heavenly Bhutan Travels, where I coordinated travel arrangements, communicated with clients and travel agents, developed B2B relationships, and managed bookings, itineraries, hotels, and other operational requirements. I also have customer service experience at SSNETCOM in Shillong, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, responded to customer inquiries, and maintained client information using CRM systems.

Alongside my business experience, I have practical experience in social media management, digital marketing, and online sales. Through my business, Mom's Collection, and my work with Druk Resin Art, I have managed Facebook pages, engaged with customers, promoted products, and used content and social media marketing to grow online audiences. I have also developed experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Canva, Buffer, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

I hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and an MBA in Marketing. My combination of technical education, marketing knowledge, customer-facing experience, and business development skills helps me understand both business objectives and customer needs.

I am particularly interested in fully remote opportunities in business development, sales development, partnerships, account management, customer success, digital marketing, and growth. I enjoy communicating with people, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and helping businesses grow. I am comfortable working independently, managing follow-ups, learning new tools, and collaborating with international teams.

I speak English, Nepali, Hindi, and Dzongkha.
