For the Employee Performance Analytics System, I designed a 7-KPI framework and a star schema data model. I also developed a weighted scoring methodology and a multi-tier reporting strategy for stakeholder use.
My projects include a 4-page Foodpanda Power BI report analyzing 6,000+ orders, as well as dashboards for retail sales, customer segmentation, and profitability. I also designed a relational database and analyzed student outcomes using PostgreSQL.
