At Snapmint, I architected the Visibility Service for real-time loan-eligibility evaluation, scaling it to 5,000 transactions per minute with Kafka Streams and MongoDB. I also built Snapstore, a fault-tolerant microservice that orchestrates third-party API calls.
Across Snapmintās core lending workflows, I reduced p95 credit-decisioning latency from 7,000 ms to 4,000 ms, improving user conversion by 8%. I also lowered production error rates from 4% to 1.5% by profiling bottlenecks and rolling out observability and alerting on New Relic.
At Cashfree Payments, I automated Shopify refund processing and merchant payment reporting. I also built Shopify Checkout features in Node.js and React, and added conversion tracking that helped reduce drop-off by about 10% for a key merchant.
At Mobileum, I developed features for a distributed SMS Firewall and built Spring Boot REST APIs for sender-ID insertion into a Hazelcast cache. I also contributed to a real-time SMS analytics platform and designed KPI reports used by infrastructure teams.
