At HTC Global Services Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a Test Engineer on TRRACS automation projects, designing Selenium scripts with Java and developing reusable methods to support test execution.
I also automated TRRACS scenarios using the Test Project Automation Tool, applying data-driven testing and parameterized execution. I generated PDF test reports and configured notifications through email and Slack.
With TOSCA Commander, I automated test scenarios and documented workflows for knowledge continuity. I also completed TOSCA certification from Tricentis.
On the Policies Selling Project, I extracted and analyzed data to support the Performance Testing Team and collaborated with stakeholders to resolve client-related issues. During my career break, I continued learning software testing tools and technologies.
