I've built AI-powered products and operational workflows at Joveo, Ernst & Young, and Chat-Aid. At Joveo, I modeled $8M–$10M in incremental annual revenue potential across top accounts and built a sentiment intelligence workflow that reduced client pain-point resolution time by about 30%.
At Ernst & Young, I owned the end-to-end SDLC for an HR Policy Chatbot and Resume Summarizer, using LLMs, T5 Transformers, prompt engineering, and Streamlit to automate HR processes. As founder of Chat-Aid, I designed IBM Watson chatbots for three organizations to automate customer queries, support scheduling, and improve conversion experiences.
