Previously, I partnered with Cisco through Copan Consultancy Services to design commerce products including the Prospecting AI Assistant, Sales Mobile, Guided Configuration, Digital Operation Workbench, Offer Workbench, and Payments visibility experiences.

I’ve created conversational dashboards, real-time workflow interfaces, guided configurations, and data-rich product modules that improve clarity, operational efficiency, and engagement. I also contribute to reusable design systems and visual consistency across product journeys.

As a freelance UI/UX designer, I designed school payments, bus ticket booking, and church donation platforms. I bring user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability thinking to build seamless digital experiences.
