I am a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer with deep experience building scalable, IaC-based cloud platforms and enterprise CI/CD pipelines across GCP and AWS. I focus on automation, observability, and resilient architectures to reduce provisioning time and MTTR.

At Manhattan Associates I deployed infrastructure for 700+ environments, created Jenkins-based pipelines with quality gates and IAM-aware deployments, and enhanced monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana and GCP Monitoring to drive faster RCA and proactive alerting.

I deliver reliability through DR simulations, backup validation, automated recovery workflows, encryption and failover strategies, and hands-on troubleshooting of distributed systems like Elasticsearch and RabbitMQ.
