What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise frontend modernization—especially Salesforce LWC—while strengthening accessibility and performance. I want a team where I can mentor engineers, drive architecture and code quality, and use AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and reduce defects.

I’m a Frontend Engineering Leader with 22+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital products across Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, and Technology. I specialize in modern frontend architecture, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a strong emphasis on accessibility and scalable integration.

In my current role, I lead frontend development for MyF5 customer portal modernization, partnering with product, UX, architects, and backend teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities. I drive UI design implementation using Lightning Web Components and modern web technologies, and I lead accessibility implementation and compliance reviews across portal applications.

I’ve also served as a Senior Solution Specialist / Frontend Lead, where I led frontend workstreams for multiple Salesforce-based government portals. I owned portal UI architecture and accessibility compliance, managed distributed teams, and established reusable UI patterns and accessibility standards that improved consistency and delivery quality.

Across my career, I’ve led onsite-offshore engineering models and built ReactJS and AngularJS solutions, while maintaining strong code quality through peer code reviews and release planning. I’m passionate about accelerating delivery with AI-assisted software development practices—leveraging GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents, and prompt engineering—to improve code quality, debugging, and engineering productivity.
