During my tenure at Fauji Foundation Hospital, I delivered direct patient care in high-pressure medical and emergency settings, where I assessed, monitored, and documented patient conditions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning and educating patients and families on treatment, follow-ups, and preventive care has been a significant part of my role. I am eager to transition my skills into a telehealth nursing role, where I can apply my clinical expertise and adaptability in a modern healthcare setting.
