I also manage virtual administrative workflows as a Virtual Medical Assistant, including insurance verification, benefit eligibility, and appointment scheduling, while supporting telehealth operations for continuity of care. Earlier, I completed medical scribe training and previously worked as a Dental Surgeon, providing direct patient care and maintaining detailed records for high-volume intake.
