At the Department of Social Welfare and Development Cordillera Administrative Region, I prepare plans, detailed cost estimates, program of works, and bills of quantities for infrastructure projects. I’ve completed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for more than 50 government projects.
I also support bidding by assisting with documentary requirements and coordinating with suppliers and contractors for material quotations. My work includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress through execution and turnover.
As an Administrative Officer at the same department, I monitored and inspected more than 50 completed commercial and institutional projects. I also contributed to variation orders and payment documentation.
My estimating training covers Australian architectural estimates using Bluebeam Revu and U.S. drywall takeoffs using PlanSwift. I’ve completed more than 30 residential and commercial practice takeoff projects and hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of the Cordilleras.
