I rebuild corporate EHS systems that protect jobs, strengthen compliance, and improve field safety.

At M.J. Sheridan of Texas, I rebuilt a failing contractor qualification program from an F rating to a sustained A within 12 months, helping recover major operator contracts and secure a 20+ year work pipeline supporting 400+ jobs.

I lead corporate EHS, compliance, and safety operations across four facilities serving natural gas distribution and underground utility projects. I manage safety personnel, incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, subcontractor qualification, operator audits, fleet safety, and corrective actions from initial report through closure.

I use iAuditor, Microsoft Power Apps, Motive, and Samsara to replace paper workflows with real-time audit visibility, corrective-action tracking, and driver accountability. I also serve as a bilingual English/Spanish bridge between field crews, leadership, clients, and regulators.

Earlier, at Dräger, I calibrated and serviced gas detection and SCBA systems for refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, manufacturing, and emergency-response clients. I'm an OSHA 500 Authorized Outreach Trainer and am completing my B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health while pursuing the BCSP Safety Management Professional credential.
