I'm an entry-level Python developer transitioning into software development after a long career in education and academic leadership. I'm building practical projects focused on business logic, process automation, data handling, API integration, and backend development.

My current project, Academic Ops, is a modular Python command-line application based on real academic operations and business rules. I'm developing it incrementally using Git and GitHub, Conventional Commits, modular code, type hints, and English-language documentation.

This background gives me strong communication, organization, requirements analysis, and problem-solving skills that transfer directly to technology teams.
