What I'm looking for

I’m interested in the Sourcefit Financial Controller role supporting New Zealand and US operations. I’m planning to relocate to the Philippines and am comfortable with international and overnight work schedules.

At Mint Stay Homes Rental L.L.C., I manage the full accounting and finance function for a Dubai vacation-home operator. I oversee accounting for approximately 146 managed properties and prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow information for business owners.

I introduced Xero-based processes, reconciliation templates, and internal review controls. I also coordinated four consecutive annual audits from 2022 to 2025 with zero audit adjustments.

At Alliance Business Centers Network, I managed accounting for six business centers across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Russia. I supported multi-entity reporting and cross-border operations, and worked with Deloitte and EY as the audited company's accounting representative.
