What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Motion Design role in a company or agency with varied work in a remote position, where I can keep delivering value, build expertise, and grow with the business.

I am a Lead Motion Designer with 5 years of industry experience, focused on delivering complex motion projects while taking on leadership responsibilities. I lead and manage motion designers, run monthly one-to-ones and appraisals, and support career development planning.

I bring motion design expertise to pitches and proposals, creating sizzle reels and motion work that includes localisation adaptations and non-standard video formats (e.g., airport screens and the Piccadilly screen). I also document and create processes and best-practice decks, formalise templates for a QC process, and roll improvements out across the studio to increase efficiency and adhere to business KPIs and brand compliance.

I invest in growing capability across the team, proactively designing and delivering 20+ hours of in-house After Effects training to upskill the studio and establish consistent design standards. I continue expanding my own skills through self-teaching Quality Control and Brand Compliance for HTML5 banner production, and I use AI and automation tools to increase productivity across After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
