At HM Revenue and Customs, I analyse hundreds of thousands of historic data points to identify payment irregularities and compliance risk, producing audit-ready findings that support formal investigations.

I’ve also assessed intelligence, conducted OSINT and internal-systems research, triaged risk, and routed cases to specialist teams and partner agencies. During a temporary management vacancy, I led a frontline triage team, built onboarding plans, and briefed senior management on trends affecting resourcing.

At BDO LLP, I led a nine-month regulatory case review against a two-week client deadline, identified and successfully challenged a flaw in a regulator’s technical evaluation, and helped close the case with no penalty. I also trained junior associates and advised clients on controls and processes that reduced ongoing compliance risk.

Alongside my risk work, I support device and software rollouts, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, administer Office 365 and Teams, and build SharePoint documentation. I’m studying for CompTIA Network+ and am focused on moving into SOC analysis, with longer-term interest in red team penetration testing.
