As a Mechanical Design & CAE Consultant, I assess structural integrity and fatigue in industrial rotating equipment, including a tie-bolt used in a gas-processing turbo-expander. I use ANSYS Mechanical to evaluate stress distribution and identify fatigue-critical locations, then develop recommendations to improve reliability and service life.

At OmranSoule Construction& Metal Fabrication Co., I led the engineering design of a 300,000-ton/year structural steel fabrication facility, including its mechanical infrastructure, plant layout, and piping systems. Earlier, at Iran Aviation Industries Organization, I designed mechanical systems and supported prototype development, testing, and validation.
