My GRU-based churn model achieved 85%+ AUC and recall and contributed to a 15% reduction in customer attrition over six months.
I've also built a RAG pipeline integrating LLMs and vector databases for internal question answering. I focus on moving AI from notebooks into reliable, monitored production systems using Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
