I’m a BSB Administration graduate majoring in Marketing Management, with hands-on experience in administrative support, marketing assistance, customer service, and office operations. I bring a dependable, adaptable approach with strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working in fast-paced environments.

In my Administrative Assistant role, I managed scheduling and encoded client details into the system, maintained accurate daily filing and data records, and responded to client inquiries with timely assistance. I also supported organizing files and documents and helped with preparing reports and data entry tasks, ensuring work stays accurate and efficient.

More recently, as a Marketing Assistant, I managed social media posts and online marketing, provided brand and content support, and prepared marketing materials and design content. I also handled online research, improved document organization, streamlined office processes, and supported the compilation of construction permit documents at MALA Architectural Design Studio. Across every task, I focus on detail, reliable follow-through, and clear communication—whether serving customers directly or supporting marketing and documentation needs.
