At Intuit, via Cognizant, I designed B2B purchase, subscription, pricing, and billing journeys across Mailchimp, QuickBooks, QBO, and IES. I launched Net Terms for Intuit Enterprise Suite, bringing invoice billing on approved credit terms to a shared payment widget used across 11 Intuit products and flows.
I also designed Mailchimp sales enablement flows and QuickBooks rate tables, and created clickable coded prototypes with Claude AI. At IIT Guwahati, I supported research projects in medical VR training and underwater ROVs; earlier, I delivered freelance architecture and design projects from client brief to final drawings.
