I designed conversational AI-first property due diligence journeys that unified research and workflow automation for buyers agents, alongside mobile-first coordination workflows for agents and service providers.

I also redesigned an AI assistant and lead-acquisition experiences for a customer engagement platform, using knowledge-base and business configurations to support 24x7 sales engagement. Earlier at Metricstream, I improved component-library guidance and simplified Reporting workflows during a legacy migration.
