At JEA, I support production network and security infrastructure in a utility environment, including OT-connected systems and field communications. I troubleshoot SCADA and telemetry paths across protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, DNP3, IEC 61850, and MQTT.
I also administer Palo Alto NGFWs through Panorama and support connectivity for SCADA/HMI platforms including Ignition, AVEVA/Wonderware, FactoryTalk, and WinCC. For network and application investigations, I use packet and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, ExtraHop, Splunk, and SolarWinds.
Earlier, I supported enterprise and hybrid-cloud connectivity at The J.M. Smucker Company and cloud and network operations at Byteridge and Constella Intelligence. I also worked in build and release engineering at Maveric Systems, using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash for infrastructure and operational automation.
