At R Systems International, I design and maintain core modules of a desktop insurance application used across Caribbean markets for property, motor, and natural-disaster coverage. I translate policy and regulatory requirements into C#/.NET features and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis.
For a document-processing system, I designed and developed REST APIs and migrated legacy WCF services. I also implemented business logic for document workflows and used Swagger for API documentation and testing.
Earlier at R Systems International, I built Selenium WebDriver automation suites in C# and owned manual and automated testing for a document-processing platform. At Saggezza India Private Limited, I developed a C#/.NET web application for managing and processing book metadata and specifications.
