What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA Technical Lead role in an Agile team where I can own test planning, manual and automation execution, Jira-based defect management, and release sign-off—while collaborating closely with BAs, developers, and users to improve product quality.

I’m a Technical Lead QA with 10 years of experience in testing desktop, web, and mobile applications across platforms. At PureSoftware, I handle testing end-to-end—test planning, test case writing, defect reporting using jira x-ray, and coordinating with BAs, developers, and users—then providing sign off as a QA lead for releases. I also run automation test scripts when needed, generate pdf reports, and completed performance testing for a few APIs using JMeter.

Previously at Russel Tobin (Morgan Stanley), I worked as an Analyst QA focused on manual testing for investment banking applications across desktop and web. I tested fund types like initial subscriptions, additional subscriptions, and redemptions with calculations, and also validated an AML application, while writing and reviewing test cases based on requirements and scenarios. I supported UAT and post-production issues, participated in daily stakeholder meetings, and prepared release notes for delivered features.

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth across both quality and data-focused work. At Netconnect, I was an MIS Analyst using IBM Watson to generate management reports, perform periodic data analysis, support UAT for dashboards, and perform regression with developers. At Esaf Cooperative, I worked as a QA Engineer for retail banking—testing deposit and loan schemes and supporting customer account migration from desktop to web, including backend testing with SQL and training users with clear documentation.
