I’ve been a DevOps Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services since August 2021, managing production-grade Kubernetes platforms (Gardener KaaS) and operating microservices with an emphasis on availability, scalability, and safe zero-downtime deployments. I maintained and enhanced Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, including automated builds, controlled rollouts, and environment promotion.
On the operations side, I tuned Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana for better alert signal-to-noise and incident awareness, supported on-call rotations, and helped improve MTTR through structured troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis. I also strengthened platform security by onboarding critical secrets to HashiCorp Vault with strict RBAC controls for 99.9% audit compliance, and built my IaC skills through Terraform certification.
