I've led infrastructure, cloud, and operations transformation across Brazil's major financial institutions for more than 25 years. At ASA, I lead architecture, migration, modernization, and operations teams spanning cloud, infrastructure, databases, telecommunications, and SRE.

I work directly with AWS executives to shape on-premises-to-cloud migration roadmaps, service levels, architecture, and investment priorities. I sponsored ASA's AWS Cross-Services Private Pricing Agreement and introduced observability with Datadog, Control-M, and SonarQube.

At Banco ABC Brasil, I built a high-availability operations program that sustained more than 99.9% uptime across data center, storage, and database environments. I delivered PIX cloud infrastructure, enabled more than 800 employees to move to remote work within two weeks, and led DevOps, CI/CD, Amazon Connect, and cloud modernization initiatives.

I'm driven by building strong technical organizations and developing leaders across architecture, operations, infrastructure, databases, and SRE. My work combines reliability, automation, CAPEX/OPEX governance, vendor strategy, and executive decision-making, including participation in the evolution of Brazil's National Financial System Network.
