Renato Manzoli

I am a network professional based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with 16+ years of experience across network operations, infrastructure projects, technical support and pre-sales. From August 2017 to September 2026, I worked as a Network Analyst contracted through METMOX to support Whirlpool.

I was the focal point for network-related matters across Whirlpool's Latin American operations, with an initial scope covering Brazil and other countries in the region. By the end of the contract, my scope focused on Brazil: three large manufacturing plants, three distribution centers and one large administrative site.

My work included handling network incidents and changes, supporting Cisco routing & switching, Velocloud SD-WAN, MIST Wireless and Palo Alto environments, maintaining documentation, coordinating with telecommunications providers, and supporting network operations and projects. I have worked with Cisco networking technologies and have experience with other network vendors.

I am currently studying to prepare to update my certifications and revisit networking concepts that I have not used in recent years. I am interested in Network Analyst, Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer and Network Operations roles with a hands-on operational focus, a collaborative team and opportunities for continued development.

My language skills are Portuguese (native), English (advanced), Italian (basic communication) and Spanish (basic). I am seeking fully remote opportunities that allow me to work from Brazil, preferably with international companies. I am also open to hybrid roles in Sao Paulo with up to three on-site days per week, and I am available for shift work and on-call duties.
