At Sodexo, I manage perimeter security and network operations across LATAM locations, using Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Check Point, Netskope, and Forcepoint. I handle traffic monitoring, firewall rules, proxy policies, incidents, maintenance windows, and infrastructure KPI reporting.
Previously at Black Box Brasil, I led LATAM network infrastructure operations for enterprise migrations, server management, hardware refreshes, and high-priority international deployments across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet environments.
I plan and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi through predictive, passive, and active site surveys with Ekahau Sidekick and Netspot. I've also trained field engineering teams on Wi-Fi survey methods and IEEE 802.11 standards.
My foundation includes L2/L3 networking, Windows and Linux servers, monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana, cloud networking, endpoint security, and hands-on technical support for small businesses.
