What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or project-based QA work where I can test web and digital platforms, collaborate with Product and Development teams in Agile environments, and improve quality through manual and automated testing.

I've tested high-volume web and e-commerce platforms at Brasil CT and Netshoes, executing functional, regression, exploratory and end-to-end tests across customer journeys and integrated workflows.

At Brasil CT, I created and maintained Selenium and Cucumber automated scenarios, increasing automation coverage from approximately 20% to 70%. I also performed REST API testing, data validation and performance-related testing with JMeter while documenting defects with clear evidence and reproduction steps.

At Netshoes, I improved test coverage by approximately 60% through structured test design and requirements validation for payments, orders, inventory and ERP-integrated processes.

My Product Manager, Scrum Master and IT Support experience helps me collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams, clarify acceptance expectations, investigate issues and improve customer-facing quality in Agile delivery environments.
