At Calibreon International, I design GoHighLevel CRM systems and customer journeys for service-based businesses, including dental clinics, real estate, and home services.
I’ve built lead capture, follow-up, and appointment automations, and developed CloseBot AI agents for lead qualification and booking. I also create email and SMS campaigns, funnels, forms, surveys, and websites.
In my CloseBot Customer Support Specialist role, I help customers configure AI agents and troubleshoot CloseBot and GoHighLevel integrations. Earlier, I coordinated project implementation at Interactive Research & Development and worked in monitoring and evaluation at Hashoo Foundation and KADO.
