At PT Chontea Teh dan Kopi, I manage procurement and inventory control for multiple F&B outlets. I’ve developed stock monitoring, replenishment, and reporting systems using Google Sheets, and procedures for purchasing and stock controls.
With BALI MELODY PROJECT, I plan and coordinate events, from budgeting and scheduling to execution. I also manage event procurement and coordinate with clients, vendors, and the event team.
Previously, I worked in purchasing at PT. Karya Resto Sukses and PT. INDONESIA SURFARIS, handling orders, supplier negotiations, receiving, and inventory. I studied Food Science and Technology at Udayana University, where my thesis examined premix flour made from wheat and germination-fermentation millet flour for steamed cake.
