regina goh
@reginagoh
I build compliant molecular diagnostics workflows that improve testing throughput, accuracy, and audit readiness.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently managing end-to-end NGS NIPT operations at iGene Laboratory, handling 600+ samples monthly while ensuring accurate reporting, quality assurance, and CAP readiness. I implemented BGI NGS workflows and MGI-960 automation that reduced turnaround time and saved at least two hours per run.
Across iGene Laboratory and Pathomics Health, I've led molecular diagnostics operations, CAP audits, assay validation, SOP management, and staff training. I've supported zero-deficiency CAP outcomes, introduced Monkeypox and HPV testing workflows, validated new assays, and managed teams of up to 15 staff.
My foundation in biomedical research at NUS includes mammalian cell culture, virus purification, RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, ELISA, histology, and ImageJ analysis. I bring hands-on virology and molecular testing experience together with a practical focus on compliant, efficient laboratory operations.
