I own delivery from SOW definition and solution handover through implementation, integration, UAT, go-live and stabilisation across cloud, private-cloud, bare-metal and air-gapped environments.
I’ve scaled an enterprise portfolio from 4 to 20+ accounts, held committed release dates across eight concurrent programs, and led engineers and QA across five regions.
