I’m looking for an agile, data-driven role where I can lead business analysis, product lifecycle work, and secure data migrations—partnering with stakeholders to reduce risk, improve operations, and deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a results-driven IT and software engineering professional with 15 years of experience across Software Products, Banking and Insurance, and Consumer and Industrial products. With an MCA in Computer Science and strong credentials in Agile and cloud, I bring a practical, business-first approach to complex delivery.

At General Mills, I’m currently a Senior Business Analyst delivering high-value features for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program within the Human Food Business across Retail and Foodservice. I manage Agile teams, run requirement prioritization through Azure boards, mitigate risks at Sprint planning, and support portfolios spanning Raw Materials, Packaging, and Labeling. I also perform data analysis for downstream reporting through Tableau dashboards and lead Proof of Concept (POC) for entity migration using Infor Optiva.

Previously, as a Senior Technical Architect, I led solution delivery across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive), including licensing analysis, data grooming, retention policies, and threat & risk assessment to build security architecture. I also bring hands-on implementation experience with SharePoint automation (SPFx, ReactJS, .NET), migration tooling (AvePoint - DocAve, Nintex), and security/compliance thinking aligned to OWASP—backed by certifications in SAFe ProductOwner/ProductManager, SCRUM Master, and Microsoft Azure.
