At Thrikoti Softech, I own end-to-end product design for mobile and web products across cybersecurity, analytics, EdTech, and home services. I take products from discovery through delivery while helping shape roadmap priorities.

I've partnered with product managers and engineering leads across concurrent Agile sprints, translating requirements into pixel-accurate prototypes with zero design-related delivery blockers. My user research and usability testing uncover friction points that directly inform redesigns and sprint scope.

I built and scaled a reusable Figma component library adopted across the team, reducing design inconsistency by approximately 40% and creating more capacity for research and discovery. I was recognized with Best Logo Designer and Best Employee Awards in 2025 for design leadership and delivery impact.

My work includes SkillEval AI, Barracuda, Plumbtrick, Happy Learning, and BG Verify, where I've improved dashboard readability, conversion-focused messaging, booking journeys, exam navigation, and verification flows.
