At NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, I engineer and maintain Selenium WebDriver tests for enterprise mortgage applications using C# and NUnit. I also develop browser-based validation with Playwright.
I validate REST APIs with Postman and check backend data integrity using Microsoft SQL Server. Across release cycles, I author test cases and execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.
When production defects arise, I investigate New Relic logs and use FullStory session replay to reconstruct customer-reported issues. I also diagnose automation and pipeline failures and support root-cause analysis.
Previously, I built Java-based automated test suites at CALLRAIL and developed BDD automation scenarios at J.P. MORGAN CHASE. My experience also includes manual QA testing at CHUBB, and I bring domain knowledge in mortgage lending and financial services.
