I’m a Colombian attorney and immigration paralegal with over five years of experience supporting U.S. immigration cases. My experience includes preparing and assembling USCIS applications, family-based petitions, adjustment of status cases, work permits, naturalization applications, consular processing, and complex waivers.
I have also worked on humanitarian cases, including VAWA and Humanitarian Parole, as well as J-1 waivers based on exceptional hardship. My background also includes EOIR and asylum cases, drafting client declarations, and organizing supporting evidence.
I work directly with clients to gather documentation, understand their circumstances, and keep cases moving efficiently. I’m a licensed attorney in Colombia and hold a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Rights from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
