What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Finance Officer or Accountant role where I can apply strong financial controls, accurate reporting, accounts payable, budgeting, and disciplined regulatory compliance.

At Kenya Rural Roads Authority, I maintain accounting records supporting KES 100M–200M in regional expenditure and process more than 120 supplier invoices, staff claims, and casual-worker payments each month.

I reconcile bank and general ledger balances, administer petty cash and reimbursements, prepare PAYE, NSSF, and NHIF returns, and compile reports that strengthen audit readiness. I use Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Excel to support accurate reporting, expenditure control, and financial compliance.

My earlier work with KCB Bank Kenya and the County Government of Nakuru built my experience in service reporting, data analysis, bookkeeping, payroll administration, bank reconciliation, and statutory returns. I'm targeting Finance Officer or Accountant roles focused on strong financial controls and disciplined regulatory compliance.
