At Kontoor Brands, I analyze, validate, and report laboratory and product data to support operational decision-making. I investigate discrepancies and trends, reconcile information across systems, and share findings with cross-functional partners.
I developed and tested a Smartsheet workflow designed to replace an Access-based lab database, bringing testing information into a centralized source. I also created data-entry forms and a repeatable process for turning test data into clear, printable reports.
In my earlier Consumer Returns Technician role at Kontoor Brands, I reverse-engineered an unfamiliar returns database and legacy reports with minimal training. I developed a workflow that recovered approximately six weeks of departmental backlog within 2–3 weeks.
I bring 11+ years of Excel use, experience with SAP, Microsoft Access, and Smartsheet, and a B.S. in Finance in progress. I’m building on my corporate operations experience through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support.
