What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a bookkeeping role where I can apply my QuickBooks, reconciliation, general ledger, and AP/AR skills to maintain precise financial records and support smooth month-end processes.

I've completed a year of hands-on QuickBooks Online training, supporting full-cycle bookkeeping through bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, AP/AR, invoicing, billing, and month-end close activities.

I use QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, FreshBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets to audit data, prepare financial reporting, track expenses, manage vendors, and maintain sensitive records with 99%+ accuracy.

Before bookkeeping, I spent 10 years at Pluralsight creating motion graphics and instructional visuals for technology courses, collaborating with software developers on websites, apps, and interactive learning components. I also animated product interfaces and user flows for DemoDuck explainer videos and product demos.
