Reahanna Baker

I’m a dedicated Medical Assistant aiming to leverage my clinical skills in patient care, medical terminology, and electronic health records management. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care while supporting smooth, accurate clinical workflows.

Through my externship in Internal Medicine (Lehigh Valley Physicians Practice), I strengthened my foundation in patient rooming, triage, vital signs, and patient charting. I work confidently with medical records (EMR), medical terminology and coding, and HIPAA/OSHA standards.

I also bring hands-on clinical readiness through certifications in BLS/CPR and experience with phlebotomy, injections, specimen collection, and sterilization/aseptic technique. Earlier experience as a machine operator refined my focus on safety, quality standards, and careful troubleshooting—traits I apply to every patient interaction.
